Kristy is a hard-working lawyer that has extensive experience in residential conveyancing in Queensland and Western Australia — as extensive as the Great Barrier Reef!
From Kristy's standpoint, conveyancing is one of the areas of law where she can help all types of people, from everyday people to those who are aiming for the stars — everyone who wants to own property needs someone with conveyancing experience to assist them through the journey.
One of the biggest reasons Kristy enjoys working in the industry is because she likes to help normal people — she's not just working for business owners or people with lots of money, she's working for normal people trying to get into their first property or buy investments to secure their future. "This is the real world and while it may not be high profile or the lap of luxury, we get to assist real people living normal lives in this industry."
The team dubbed Kristy the Queensland Queen due to her large-scale conveyancing expertise in that State. She's exceptional at working in Queensland to the point that she's the one who leads the team there — really fit for "LEAD" conveyancing. However, don't you dare to limit your expectations of her about Western Australia as she might amaze you just like the spectacular Kings Park in Perth! With all that being said, we cannot forget Kristy’s 5-star customer service as it is really rock solid!
Kristy definitely brings great experience to the team given the amount of time she spent in large high volume firms. She has received a Bachelor of Justice majoring in Criminology as well as her Bachelor of Laws. Like policemen who gather police intelligence to identify individuals to anticipate or prevent possible criminal activity — she's excellent at identifying red flags within the contract and foretelling potential problems that might arise during conveyancing transactions.
When she's not working, she finds joy in walking down the street every morning as it gives her the freedom to briefly "walk away" from everything and just relax while contemplating her life. She also hasn’t lost her inner child as well as she still loves to play games.
"The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." — Nelson Mandela
